Sacronaut Co-op Legal Disclaimer

 

Ownership & Structure

 

Sacronaut operates as a hybrid brand model consisting of:

1. Sacronaut Co-op – a consumer cooperative operated by its members, focused solely on merchandise sales, community events, and member-driven initiatives.

2. Sacronaut Private Ventures – including, but not limited to, Sacronaut Institute educational programs, courses, coaching, consulting, and personal affiliate partnerships operated by Taime Doucette. These activities are privately owned and operated by Taime Doucette and are not co-op assets.

 

Co-op Scope of Operations

 

The Sacronaut Co-op exists to:

• Design, produce, and sell merchandise under the Sacronaut brand.

• Facilitate community events, collaborative projects, and member engagement.

• Distribute eligible profits (patronage dividends) to co-op members in accordance with co-op bylaws.
  
  The co-op does not own, control, or receive profit shares from Sacronaut Institute, the personal affiliate sales of Taime Doucette, or any other privately operated Sacronaut ventures, except where a specific written agreement is in place.

Brand Usage & Ownership

The Sacronaut name, logo, and all associated brand assets are intellectual property owned exclusively by Taime Doucette.

 

The Sacronaut Co-op is granted limited rights to use the Sacronaut brand exclusively for co-op-approved merchandise and community marketing, under a formal Brand Licensing Agreement. All other brand uses must be pre-approved in writing by Taime Doucette.

 

Affiliate Program

Sacronaut Institute, owned and operated by Taime Doucette, offers an optional affiliate program.
Co-op members may apply to participate, but affiliate participation is voluntary and does not grant ownership or voting rights in Sacronaut Institute. Affiliate commissions are paid solely for referred sales and do not constitute equity or profit-sharing.

No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the Sacronaut Co-op, the Sacronaut Institute affiliate program, or any other Sacronaut-related activity does not guarantee financial profit. Any earnings are dependent on sales, participation levels, and the terms outlined in the relevant agreements.

Modification of Terms

Taime Doucette reserves the right to modify this disclaimer and the terms of participation in either the co-op or private ventures at any time, with changes communicated through official channels.
